By proceeding with services from Mr. 1 Bedroom, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
A truck fee of $89.00 applies to all moves. Your flat rate is provided after an in-person walkthrough and reflects the scope you describe and we observe. Billing and the agreed flat price are confirmed before move day.
You agree that all information provided regarding inventory, room count, and move scope is accurate. If the actual job exceeds what was described (additional rooms, furniture, items, or locations), Mr. 1 Bedroom reserves the right to adjust pricing, apply additional fees, or pause/refuse service until updated terms are approved.
Unless packing services were requested, all boxes and totes must be taped, closed, and ready to load. Unpacked items will not be moved unless special arrangements are made prior to your move.
Failure to remit payment after services have been rendered may constitute Theft of Service under Texas Penal Code § 31.04. By accepting services, you affirm intent to pay all agreed charges. For nonpayment, Mr. 1 Bedroom reserves the right to file a Theft of Service charge and/or place a lien against your property.
Mr. 1 Bedroom is not responsible for pre-existing damage, items packed by the customer, or improperly prepared items. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of move completion.
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Accepted methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, or Cash App.
